Looking for a company formation agency can seem daunting as many of the offers by agencies are so different, determining the best value company formation 
in Ireland is difficult, so we will explain where the value is.
The packages on our website are broken down into three offers for residents and non-residents and a company formation package exclusively for Accountants firms and Legal Practices in Ireland. The Basic, Standard and Premium Packages offer packages for three budget types.
Basic Pack
The basic package incorporates the company, and provides all the documents to you to open bank accounts; Certificate of incorporation, Constitution, Meeting Minutes, and Schedule of Officers. All packages include 3rd party fees.
Standard Package
The standard package includes everything you will get in the Basic package but includes a Company Seal, and a Bound Register for keeping minutes, and issuing Share certificates.
Premium Package
The Premium Package offers the best value company formation package. It includes everything in the Standard package, but also includes Tax Registration valued at €150.00, First annual return valued at €150.00, and a registration with the RBO (Register of beneficial owners valued at €180.00. This is the most popular company formation package we have.
Other Services you may need.
Registered office and Trading address.
A Statutory Registered Office is required for every company in Ireland. It must be based within the state, and it cannot be a P.O box. A Trading address is also required to be stated on any Company formation and also on Tax Registrations. It is referred to as the central point of administration where the staff work. We offer services for this address if required.
Non Resident Bond
If you do not have a Director living in the European Economic Area, you will need a Section 137 Non Resident Directors bond. This is a 2 year bond and the company pays the premium. If there is a Breach of the Companies act or Tax Consolidation act then the company can be struck off and the Irish Government will monetize the bond.
Nominee Secretary
If you only have one person as Director you can nominate Irish Formations to be Secretary of your company. A LTD is required to have one Director and a Separate Secretary.
