Company Formation Ireland Step by Step
This article will take you through the steps that Irish Formations take when forming a company for our clients in order of how the service is completed. It is our goal to take as much work away from our clients as possible, and ensure that the formation, and any other registrations are completed quickly. I will be writing this article based on the Premium Pack, and the Non-Resident Pack to show you the complete process. This will include procedures based on our Basic Pack and Standard Pack.
- Once the information is received through our website for your order, it is checked, and the availability of the Limited Company Name is also checked.
- We then email you signature pages that must be signed and returned to us. These pages come with full instructions at every stage.
- Signature pages need to be returned with original signatures, and we submit all documents with our Constitutions to the Irish Government for incorporation.
- The companies Registered Office Address is set up for postal scanning, and telephone answering if requested. See more information on our Registered Office Address page on the website.
- Once the company is incorporated we process:
- Corporation Tax Registration
- An email to the client advising of the incorporation
- We assemble the entire set of documents for posting to the client.
- We refer the client to the bank for remote bank account opening.
- Once this is completed, we prepare the First Annual return which is prepared immediately but cannot be submitted until 6 months after incorporation. A meeting is also held with the client to see if there are further services required, or if they need to be referred on to any funding partners.
Support:
Support is provided at every stage, by telephone, Online chat, and email even after the company is incorporated.
