- Company SealOfficial documentation, for example share certificates, must be embossed with a company seal beside officer’s signatures. As part of our Standard & Premium Company Formation Packages, Irish formations includes a company seal. Our company seals are a 38mm in diameter round seal. They can emboss paper up to 120 gsm and can contain up to fifty characters in the seal.

- First Annual ReturnEvery company in Ireland is obliged to submit an annual return to the Companies Registration Office no later than 28 days after its registered annual return date. A company’s first annual return must be made no later than 6 months after its incorporation, and every 12 months thereafter. Your first annual return is included under the Premium Pack. We will remind you when your first annual return is due.
- FREE Registration on Beneficial Owners RegisterEvery company in Ireland is obliged to submit a registeration to the central repository for benificial owners 5 months after incorporation. Your bank may not open a bank account if this is not completed.
