Post Incorporation Obligations Checklist

Annual Return
File an annual return with the CRO, including financial statements, within 28 days of the company’s annual return date – included in premium pack

Registered Office
Maintain a registered office address in Ireland where statutory documents and notices can be sent. We can provide this for you. Company Seal and Statutory Registers
Keep a company seal and maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory registers, including registers of members, directors, and beneficial owners – included in our standard and premium packs

Registering Your Beneficial Owners
Any company officer that holds more than 15% shares must register as a beneficial owners on the official RBO register – included in premium pack
7.
Taxes and Payroll
Comply with tax obligations, including corporation tax, VAT, payroll taxes, and filing of annual tax returns, We can register your tax for you and after this we can refer you to an accountant for any other help you may need – included in premium pack

Non – Resident Cost of Setting Up a Company in Ireland?
- All three of our packs listed above are the same price for non – residents. Here at Irish Formations we want to make it as convenient as possible for you to set up your company from abroad. We offer fully remote set up and give you one on one guidance and support the entire way. It is a legal requirement for a non resident director to have at least one director living within the EEA. If not they will have to purchase a non – resident director bond.
Section 137 Bond
The Non-Resident Director bond comes under Section 137 of the company’s Act. The Bond insures the company for a sum of €25,394.76 and its purpose is to make sure that the company completes the required submissions with the Revenue Commissioners, and the Companies Registration Office. Irish Formations can organize these bonds for non-resident directors.
If one of the Directors of your company is an EEA Resident, this bond is not needed. The EEA consists of the 28 member states of the EU, (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, & Sweden plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway
The Bond insures the company for a sum of €25,394.76 and its purpose is to make sure that the company completes the required submissions with the Revenue Commissioners, and the Companies Registration
The bond costs 1850 euros and will have to be renewed every year.
This is also valid for UK Residents since the changes implemented after Brexit.
