Deadlines to get a company formed in 2014
If you are looking to get a company formed in the next couple of weeks you will need to act now to be incorporated in 2014. New budgetary rules which came in with the most recent budget in Ireland will phase out certain benefits like the Double Irish tax rule for companies that are incorporated in 2015. The new laws for Budget 2015 will take effect from January 1 2015 for new companies and for existing companies, there will be provision for a transition period until the end of 2020
Getting your company formed with Irish Formations in 2014 means that you would need to get information onto our online forms as soon as possible. The Companies Registration Office cannot guarantee that company submissions recieved after 15th December will be processed before 31st December 2014. The deadline dates apply to; Incorporation’s, Change of name Re-Registrations and company name reservations. The deadline dates are as follows:
A1 ON LINE SCHEME (15 DECEMBER 2014)
CHANGE OF NAME (10 DECEMBER 2014)
REREGISTRATIONS (10 DECEMBER 2014)
COMPANY NAME RESERVATIONS (17 DECEMBER 2014)
Once you submit your information online with our website through the Packages Page we then prepare all your signature pages to go to you by email with full instructions. You prepare the signature pages and post them back to us. Ideally we would like to get this step completed and sent to the companies registrations office by 15th December to guarantee an incorporation date for your new company set up in 2014.
