We can get you copies of your company documents stamped by Apostille. These include Certificate of Incorporation and Constitution, along with a company report. Only documents generated by the Irish Government can go through this process. This procedure is as follows for Apostille under the Hague Convention.
The Process
We meet with a Notary in Cork Ireland and provide the original Company Registrations office documentation on your company. The Notary will copy these documents and Stamp them with their official Notary Stamp and seal. We then bring these documents to the Department of Foreign Affairs in Cork and meet with a representative of this department. They will then Seal the official documents for the requesting country. We then post all documents and originals back to you.
