PPS number with regards to owning an Irish Company

Irish Directors who own more than 15% of shares in a company will require a PPS number . If you formed a new company and are moving to Ireland, you can apply in person. If you are not coming to Ireland and you registered a company we can register the number for you remotely.

New CRO requirements require ALL company directors to now provide proof of PPSN. If you don’t have one then a VIN (Verification Identity Number) application will be necessary. This is an added security measure in line with anti – money laundering regulation. Irish Formations can handle this process smoothly and efficiently for you.
